We hope you are well, despite current events, and that you are taking care of yourself.

Important message COVID-19 : we want to reassure you that we’re here for you. Hearing Clinic Bouchard Tremblay WILL ALWAYS BE OPEN FOR EMERGENCIES (battery or product purchases, hearing aid failures, ear pain due to hearing aids, etc.). Call us and leave a message. We will be sure to call you back.

We can now announce that we have received the authorization, from the Ordre des audioprothésistes du Québec, to begin progressively reopening our hearing clinic. We have already established an appointment strategy, which will be implemented starting today. We have also established precautions and measures to ensure your safety and health, as well as the safety and health of our employees. We can therefore confidently resume our activities.

• We have implemented a No-Contact Drive-Through Service (appointment only) and No-contact payment in front of the hearing clinic.
• Wearing a mask or face cover (homemade or other) is now mandatory inside the clinic.
• Plexiglas windows and additional sanitary protocols have been implemented.
